In settled Group with personal motive of the group leaders. You career and proposition doesn't depend on your skill. You are slave to the Boss. Who don't know technicalities of project. No proper leadership.

Dislikes

Politically driven projects. So more pressure. Site Management reminds you every salary day..... Your salary is paid for doing nothing. No appreciation on achievement. Delay of contractor or Mistakes blamed like your mistakes. You don't know your role PMC or you are sub contractors supervisor. Some bosses scrap your saturday holiday. The group with personal vision.

Dislikes

Accomodation not provided, living expenses are high because all working locations are premium. Salary is less according to that. Company offer only company package.

Worst company for learning. Don’t join at post from Engineer to Assistant manager. Only you have to assist the known persons of your bosses to boarding gates from departure. Only the job security is good here.

Increment session is from July to June and you will get letter in September end for your previous year work. Variable pay given in Dec and March salary pay for precious year in two instalments. You can not take leave as per your requirement. Rotational shift for 12 hrs. One day you have to work in day and the next day you will workin night. It will disturb your mental health.
