NO interaction between team and management ,not celebrating festival as we used to do before, the noise level from other employees is quite high making it challenging for us to hear and respond to customer.

Working with a healthcare finance company has its own merits & demerits. But the company ensures every employee gets their space via breaks & in-house activities. The atmosphere is quite positive as everyone is quite cooperative, which adds a positive vibe to the working experience
