Nothing is available in this company to be like if you are a working professional... No Job Security as i had seen nobody wants to serve even notice period. The highest qualification of all Management team & GM's in Factory is Diploma level so imagine the work culture.

Dislikes

This Company is very old , the system follows the peoples not people follow the system. Full of corruption in every department but MD is a nice person and his vision is good towards growth, his team in the factory is useless. Work environment is not suitable for knowledgeable people. Good career growth if you also start thinking with the existing employees. Not a safe place for Non Gujarati employees and this is a fact so please don't join. If you want to learn corruption then this company is a best place to learn. You will not find a ethical person in whole company. this company name is very bad reputation in market, if it add in your CV then it will be difficult to search job in future....Read More

Salary is good, Food facility is nice, Travelling is also comfortable.

Dirty politics of the company, old employee are stubborn and even management will support them even though they are doing wrong to the company since last 15 to 22 years, very bad environment, dictatorship type mentalities, stubborn by nature, top management people has no vision , take important decision while having liquor party. There is no any job safety while working with organisation. zero interference of Pfaudler hence it is owner driven organisation . I suggest not to join this company even though they offer good salary package because it is temporary Life will become hell while working in this organisation. no balance of work and life....Read More
