I was working as DNB resident pediatics in GMERS, my consultant and staff is very much supporting. There is ample of free hand work in Gmers for a DNB resident. Excellent exposure of PICU and NICU.

Dislikes

There is no super speciality in paediatrics and also there is shortage of doctors in radio departments so we were no able to do USG and CT scan as emergency.
