No ethics, higher management is only behind money. Treats customers badly . Don't care about well being of employees, biased towards religious aspects .

Management needs to upgrade themselves, inconsistent decisions on what so ever it may be. MD call would be final. Which may not be accepted but employees don't have choice.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
