Liaison Manager

• Act as a primary point of contact between the organization and farmers, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Facilitate the registration process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively in Kannada, English and Hindi to ensure clear understanding and compliance across all parties involved.
• Collaborate with the Legal department to address legal and regulatory issues impacting business operations.
• Assist in conducting land measurements and ensuring accuracy in land-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to liaison activities and regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated with changes in regulations and government policies relevant to the organization's operations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders to foster goodwill and facilitate smooth operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Liaising Officer or similar role, with a strong understanding of regulatory and registration processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Kannada and English; proficiency in Kannada for verbal communication is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
