Getting only 6k - 9k per month, which is very less being a graduate engineer. Also they have a 2 year Bond. They will constantly monitor your system via Anydesk .

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
