Very good office atmosphere and looking Marina beach by sitting at floor.

Dislikes

Don't have canteen to order foods and office location not easy to access for hotels and as well as public transport that is thing only we facing bit annoying.

Cowi is a very good organization in my aspects. They provide a best working culture it the world. In my opinion cowi is the only organisation in the world which works and care for their employees.

Dislikes

Cowi as a company is very good but for skill development it is not as per my expectations the reason behind this is they have limited number of projects.

Work Details

My overall experience was very good while working in Cowi. Their employees are thier too most priority. However the role of seniors in some of the departments isn't good enough

a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
