Work culture is not so good, Hr department is good and helpful. In accounts department there are have lot of politics, employees didn't get their travel and others conveyance amount properly if they incurred any expenses on behalf of company, if you are going to bank or any department for company work they will not give the travelling or conveyance amount to you, you have to spend your own money.
