None. The company is pathetic. Avoid joining this company at all costs.

Dislikes

1. They pay below market standards i.e between 8-12K per month. 2. The management and staff think they own their employees. Even basic drinking water isn't available in the office. 3. They glorify the role by calling it HR Executive. In reality you're basically an office girl or boy running errands for their client companies. 4. Incase there is a clash of opinion, they will fire you immediately without any notice. Which is illegal according to the labour laws. And its so ironic considering they are a company that provides services of statutory and labour law compliances. 5. Office is pathetic....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
