There is nothing to be dislike for Globus as every challenge in Globus I have taken it as an opportunity for me

Work Details

Well my mork is slightly challenging as I have to look upon all the engineers in PAN India, all the service related activities and I have to stay on the toe to provide the best customer service in PAN India.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
