Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company Policies are not as good as compare with MNC company

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management diesn't address our issues. Salary is decend but career growth is slow

Work Details

Struggled a bit in the beginning as there is no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job by my experience
