Actually there is nothing to be liked like other organisations.

Dislikes

If someone is known or close to company owners can get promoted. People who are working as a supervisor don't have manner to speak to a employee, they abuse. If you ask someone about work they do or how company works no one will bother to help or explain. They don't have any inhouse system wherein a employee can check attendance or apply for leave. Every time you have ask guard at gate to note down emp i.d They have a common area to eat food for there employees and pantry boys and cleaners. Don't expect any help related to work or other things There are people who working with this company and asking for offer letters and appointment letters from past 1 month , there is only 1 H.R and 1 other person who taking of 80 people , can not expect anything on time. Won't expect to learn any new thing . They don't have proper tools to work. They get tickets issued by suppliers and after 11pm don't expect to get the tickets issued. They keep bookings on hold even for a month after charging to the client There are many more things , not worth working or spending time with this company...Read More
