Somehow working environment is average, management is very poor as it is like Lala type company.

Dislikes

Very poor senior Management, always abusing their employees and treating them as a dirt. There is lot of important required in organisation.

I was employed as a HR Manager but as I said it's a Lala company, don't expect any appraisal or appreciation from your management.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
