Okay. I’m making a living of the moderate salary which I get every month

No work culture. Everyone is everybody’s boss. One come and make policy, the other comes and overrule the previous policy and makes a new one. The owners doesn’t know what they are doing? Keep taking suggestions from here and there. They don’t trust the people who have been there through times, instead takes suggestions from outside/ others.

POOR CHAP! Joseph Walter Diaz, another egoistic male chap, not worthy calling a leader or a manager, since holds grudged with people for years and years!
