1. You need to report to five bosses instead on one boss. 2. The senior management is more interested in employees personal life than their work. 3. One of the senior management has the right to humiliate women employee especially the chairperson of women redressal committee (POSH). 4. Poor Management bias when it comes to appraisals. 5.
