Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! The process that they running is almost legit,

Dislikes

The management, starting from the owner , operations and HR everyone is worse , And they dont even know how to conduct an interview session properly and i felt that they are very unorganized and unprofessional, So hardly people will like their work culture plus they terminate people unnecessarily also deduct money from your salary for various reasons
