NOTHING. The company is terrible in work life balance, there is no log out time, no job security, you get laid off whenever the manager needs to cut cost. There was no log out time. We used to log in by 10:30 and there was no Logg off time, even on weekends we have to work. They want pr oduction to be done while the person is on client report too. EVERYTHING. There is no such thing like work life balance here in this company. Please don’t waste your time applying in this company. Work culture is terrible here, they don’t even provide proper training’s to new joiners and expect that they will learn ME by themselves. If you don’t know how to make ME they will just fire you.
