No employee consideration Neither salary will be credited on time nor response will get even after asking the management No salary increment/ bonus or anything No HR department or any established policies other than some selfish management decisions taken accordingly. No appreciation for any hard work but the blames will be poured upon the employees. If one employee places a resignation letter, then he/she will be considered as their enemies.No documents related will be provided unless we beg them, and sometimes you won't get it also; kind of career spoilng attitude will be shown.
