The first few day seem good, but you quickly realize it's a bad career choice.

Dislikes

Let me start by saying that if you're reading this comment because you want to wok here, I strongly recommend against id. I've worked in this company more than a year and have also had jobs at other companies. Unfortunately, I have to emphasize that the management here can be really revengeful if you leave, and you chances for career advancement don't seem good when you're working here.
