Global school foundation is very good organisation but the managers and senior managers are not good at all, internal politics is more and there is no training and improvements and there is no growth in this company, don’t join here

First 1 year is the probation period, and no leaves are permitted. Worst place to work. Teachers are treated as s l a v e s and they will turn your life into a hell. Anyone joining the institution see that its your last choice as they are only there to use you to the extreme for their needs. Non teaching staff should be trained to deliver their routines effectively and report to the School Head on daily basis and not by pass the authority of the Head of the School
