Judge people bases on Likeness, Parcialities , poor Brand management, toxic Manager, Rude behaviour, extreme politics in school body which is not acceptable, Poor in employee and people greviances, there is HR people Greviances and security, School head leading organisation like his own company own property, miss behave people and many more dislikes, and time management.

Horrible work culture simple work made complicated due to unplanned and unorganised work culture. They take Evey employee granted and do not hesitate to disturb them on holidays and even at night. Perfect example of less paid. More work. Teaching is less show off and activities more. Job security is 0. I Joined GIIS Noida few months back and honestly ,its been a good experience. Not like other schools where no one cares. Here things are differ people listen, help and push u to do better. The environment is positive and lots of growth chance. Even the management is nice, they have plans and vision. Feels good to be part of something growing. GIIS is a great Place to grow, especially if you're someone who likes to take initiative. The principal is super focused and disciplined, which sets a strong example for everyone. managers give you full freedom to work your way - that's perfect if you like independence. you handle things yourself, and that helps you become more confident. The work culture pushes you to be responsible and accountable. The teachers put in a lot of hard work and are truly dedicated. Nothing. How can you like anything when the school management doesn't support us when we speak up supporting equality and non-discriminatory practices? I am a senior teacher there and have been working for the sake of money as the place is just next door.

Dislikes

2 shifts, overworked, peanuts salary, can be fired for speaking up, no training - forget about skill development, no respect from peers whatsoever. We're told to be nice to RICH customers. And ignore, and avoid poor customers. Terrible!

The principal is very bad, the manager has no support, no one supports in GIIS, the communication regarding work is very bad with the managers, The quality of teachers is not good. GIIS does not provide the quality of education that it charges. There is no support from the principal regarding the work. Prince talks in a very aggressive manner.

Global school foundation is very good organisation but the managers and senior managers are not good at all, internal politics is more and there is no training and improvements and there is no growth in this company, don’t join here

First 1 year is the probation period, and no leaves are permitted. Worst place to work. Teachers are treated as s l a v e s and they will turn your life into a hell. Anyone joining the institution see that its your last choice as they are only there to use you to the extreme for their needs.
