This job is at nearest location, working with experienced people, assures job gaurantee good working atmosphere at office.

Dislikes

It's a part of group of companies, due some unexpected crisis of funds many employees left the company, because of this more work load on remaining staff. Less time more work load more expectations that affects more and more pressurised by seniors. And now no any job security and assurance.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
