The Global English School had offered me a good comfortable work environment and readily adopts the latest technology. I feel proud to be a part of the process centric team that ethically caters to a huge client based. Trainings were given that can be applied to the companies. Work environment was good because of our principal mam I have learnt many things with her guidance. Teammates are good.

Dislikes

The institution offered me an average salary, saying that you will be paid more in the next academic year but no results their after. Compensation is not that great and over all growth is slow . Innovative ideas and suggestions get dampped easily. Some teammates are had politics taughts. In many situations I have to manage things and faced many problems.

Work Details

I had worked as a Primary teacher as a class 3rd teacher. I used take all subjects like English, EVS 1, EVS 2, Maths, work experience, Drawing/Craft, Morals/religion and computer.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

The company is a very good place to grow. Also, they are very honest, consistent and considerate.

Dislikes

The pay for teachers are very good. But now they only have few students which is very understandable.
