Good company for freshers/less experience, they provide good training to learn skills. Good clients companies

Dislikes

Less pay, less hike, service provider company, you have to work at client locations where you will be not treated same. Slavery work culture

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging where i got chance to work on different chipsets both firmware and driver development. As long as i get to work closely with the client. It will be a great leaning experience.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
