Timings and people are nice.

Dislikes

No work from home - limited WFH days that also does not get approved. No leaves - always have to lie to get leave here, people are not supposed to take any leave because whole year is a high demand season for them. Have to beg for weddings, examinations, maternity or family visits here. Hardly 15 leaves in a year. Not good appraisal- very choosy, depends on who the HR likes the most gets the most privileges. Not much growth in learning...Read More
