A good place to work. Politics is like every other school. Still work culture is good. Principal is very supportive. Career growth is there. Work-life balance is average. Throughout the year learning is there for teachers. The school is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest t echnology. Sometimes adopting multiple items for one purpose makes teachers overburdened. Too many observations for teachers but the salary is not satisfactory....Read More

Very Poor Salary. Other than transport no other benefits. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day.

Nothing at all. So horrible place to work. High level politics. Mutusl joulosies very common. No managerial skill from principal. (Kanakapura road). No policy. No correction method only punishing method.

Dislikes

In kanakapura road there is dual management. One is GR international school managed by Glentree. 80% of the teachers left last year. I dont suggest teachers in this school. Only brown nosers can survive. Or only who can surrender your self esteem can survive. Helplessly we have to surrender our work ethics.
