There is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

Everything is horrible. They don't admire the efforts of employees. Unrealistic deadlines make the working life like a hell. Especially seniors and managers don't have the skill to manage and distribute the workload. I have worked till midnight almost every day and on weekends, yet the task isn't finished. Trust me, if you discuss the issues about the workload with the seniors, they will in turn blame you, your skill, and your knowledge. Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

In march only they are given me sabbatical leave for 6 months after that said we don't have work for you can please search for new job. I have not seen worst management like Gleeds Pune only I don't know about Bangalore and all over.

Dislikes

Poor Management Work culture being a boss is like Boss only even they don't have technical Knowledge. I have faced very bad experience in Gleeds.
