Nothing, The way they fire people.Great example of HR.

Dislikes

Favourim to female employee, No job security, Narrow mind set of director and associate director, Targeting the specific employee for resign from his position.Ruthless , No human is working in this company. Director intentionally broke your confidence so that you consider yourself is helpless and follow their unethical code of conduct.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
