Company is good. No problem with work load or staff. Working condition depend on Client.

Dislikes

Salary and increment is low. Also people close to higher management are benefited with proper increment and promotions. Leave policy is good but taking leave depend upon client. Working environment in office is good but on site totally depend upon Client.

There is not a single thing to like about this company, neither job security nor work culture nor senior management nor company policies..etc..Only we need to work like Donkey to generate bill for client Specially site people PMC.

Dislikes

This company is worst in PMC management. They never support for site PPL in terms of any benefit and work balance life. All senior management is filled with Non-experience candidates in construction, from project manager to higher management ppl, they even don't no how to handle the work at site. Only they blame lower level for work to get it done and produced bill for client. They never support ur thoughts and value addition suggestions to the project, what ever project manager decides to be followed and project manger even don't no process of construction. There is no meaning to the word for Quality and safety in this company, just they create SOP's to show client and never follow at Site, because they don't have any guts questions the contractor and client.<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. and from last 2 years they is no hikes and they decreased our salary due covid pandemic, but work went all the year (actually we have to work more working hrs and senior management actually give dumkai that if targets are not reached u have to work without salary)and company takes continued bills from client</mark>.
