I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Its not good to join directly on site as they won't train you on site Management think they are the boss and you should know everything Management hold rights to change your policy without any information ( leaves, holidays etc. ) Its a complete desk job. Huge Politics, You will dont have works,client tensions but you will have to face internal politics. No one will support if you don't become slave. If you become a dog to mediator between you and your Reporting manager you will be good in the company.
