Nothing good, all things in this Company is terrible

Dislikes

This is the worst Company/ place for employees. Do not even think to join even if it is your only option. They will treat you like Animals and will expect you to be as accurate as robots. Moreover, the policies of the Company are so hard and rigid as explained below: 1. It is as strict 10 to 7 job with only half hour break. 2. The Company only gives 6 leaves a year and they even stoop down to the level that they ask you to come on those days as well. 3. They have no consideration or Sympathy towards their employees and their health (physical as well as mental). 4. There are no policies with respect to Medical/ sick leaves in the Firm. 5. Most importantly, the behavior and attitude of the Two Bosses is very rude, blunt, harsh and intolerable towards their employees. 6. The Bosses continuously keep a check upon you so much so that there is no room left for personal space at all. 7. As per Market Standards the Salary is also very low.
