Good work environment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling

There is a lot of politics and the manegement doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
