I recently had the opportunity to work at GLA University, Mathura Campus, and I would like to share my thoughts and experiences during my time there. One significant issue that I encountered at GLA University was the evident disbalance between work and personal life. The demands of the job often encroached on personal time, making it challenging to maintain a healthy work-life balance</mark>. This imbalance could have a detrimental impact on the well-being and productivity of the faculty and staff. Another concern I observed was the lack of adequate support services for faculty members. It appeared that many essential services were offered only as paid options, which placed an additional burden on the faculty. This situation could lead to dissatisfaction and hinder the overall effectiveness of the teaching and administrative staff. Furthermore, I noticed a considerable amount of politics among the faculties. This internal strife can be detrimental to the academic environment, hindering collaboration and fostering a sense of mistrust among colleagues. A more harmonious and collaborative atmosphere would undoubtedly contribute to a more productive and fulfilling work experience. One of the more perplexing issues I encountered was the presence of unnecessarily long and convoluted processes within the university. These processes often made routine tasks needlessly complicated and time-consuming. Simplifying procedures and reducing bureaucracy could greatly enhance efficiency and reduce frustration among the staff. Lastly, I found that the salary structure at GLA University was quite inconsistent. It appeared that individuals had significant latitude to negotiate their salaries, resulting in considerable disparities in compensation for individuals with similar workloads and qualifications.
