Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Mu entire interview was online as I am outstation candidate. After the interview, the salary was discussed with the registrar over phone. They mailed me the offer letter but salary and benefits were not mentioned. Only designation and 4 terms & conditions were mentioned. They keep one month salary as security deposit, it can be given one time as well as in 3 installments. The HR mentioned that the security money will be returned when final settlement is done. They don't provide HRA, atleast they did not provide me. They did not want to provide an offer letter with salary and benefits mentioned in it.
Please clear every doubt before you accept the offer or join.
