Like any other private corporate house, GLA also works for the maximum satisfaction of its clients (which luckily happens to be the students in this case). The management and owners leave no stone unturned to fulfill their commitments with them. All other things are secondary.

Dislikes

I don't see growth here.

Work Details

I perform all the duties that normally a teacher is expected to do. These duties normally include 4 or 5 lectures a day, paper setting, Invigilation, examination, supervision etc.

it was so so not good or nnot bad. University is great to work there every one want to work with GLA.

there is no work to do but Work presure is so high. and epecially the civil work condition is so poor. work dind not complete on time days sift transfer to night sift and vise versa. and that is the main reason to left from there.

i was work there as hostel warden. the work was so cool for me ecpect some problems. other hostel staff is so good and helpfull nature. every one will help. increment is depend on your behave with registrar sir or other senior not on your hardwork.

I don't consider it a university. It is an institution that sell jobs in the name of education. Charge high fee for the services. Pay less to it employees. Apart from teaching I did all the jobs that I was not supposed to do as a faculty.

Teammates are very much supportive. Almost everything is systematic and automation is used for processing. Salary packages are decent and appraisals are on regular basis. In one word, if I narrate my experience in GLA, Its "AWESOME".
