Salaries cut down upto 70%, other field and office workforce are fired on a phone call by saying that can't continue with you. Even after 4 month getting half salary. Please don't expect increment here, they will show you door... work componsation is too low in comparison of work load. You will not get personal time. Even after ten hours in field you will have to work about 2-4 hours at home and this is on regular bases and you will feel like a slave...don't expect career here you will regret later.
