1.First of its a unorganized company with no such company policies. 2. Need to lot improvement in training department. 3. HR department and its policy is a joke. 4. People are staying for 15-20 years as they do have any other place to go, so forget about career growth. 5. They need someone to work for long hours without paying them well so work life balance is gone. 6. Lots of politics in the company if u can oil ur senior u can sustain.
