In terms of job security it is good if you do not steal anything from store. Career growth is zero. The people in higher management do not care about employee appriciation on good work. Work life balance is again terrible. You have to work from 11.00AM to 9.00PM. And they dont care about your personal work and now a days you have todie yo get a leave. Compensation and benefit is average, nothing extraordinary. Appraisal is a big blunder. You will get a average appraisal inspite of giving best efforts....Read More
