Very target-based and hard work - sometimes push from the management to work hard, but overall lots of opportunities to learn. Good atmosphere overall!

I wouldnt recommend anyone to join GIVA because of the below mentioned reasons: 1) GIVA probably has few of the worst HR professionals in the department, especially the current assistant manager. These people lack the basic civil sense that makes you wonder how they even got accepted into the firm or maybe the company is ok with lowstandards. 2) No work life balance. No proper increment, no proper feedback, long work hours. they contact you on your personal number in the late nights and off days. Senior management in the team does not help or guide, if you come here you are stuck, you will find no time to switch. unhygenic washrooms, no cafeteria, I relocated to bangalore and I need to order or go out everyday for food.

Initial days was good now it's a toxic environment to work. No equality, no job security, no fair chance to grow in the company, very baised, nothing to learn new.... no way it will help to grow in your career.... they see ppl in customer support very cheaply ..... rude behaviour from the higher level position department. No proper facilities
