Work in grinarsoft automobile pvt. Ltd is good. But there is not good support from backend also HR not picks call

HR not pick call. Most of people works only when there is pressure. Works start at 10 am but not last time. Any time meeting can start and last meeting can be end at night time 11 PM or longer also and that is need to be joined. Not proper timing schedule. Hr not pick call main problem.
