I have been here for over 6 months and my presence is as valued and as valid as when I just joined. I have an overtly active imagination and it has painted quite a lot of pictures regarding Girl Power Talk. One of it was it being a golden ticket I won at a competition. I think this resonates with me the most because, I did win at a competition. It was a competition with the other applicants and I got the golden ticket buzzer! I got in and I get to do what I love and get paid for it? An amazing deal. Girl Power Talk values a work culture by providing members and young leaders to be involved with different endeavours and enriching activities. The members do not do just mundane stuff; rather, everyone is immersed with worthwhile tasks they are innvolved in from the begining and the knowledge that providesstarting from a young age. An investment for both ends, in simpler words.

There might be those who think hiring young people for actual work is not fair, however for those who join it is an opportunity like no other where they can learn while being compensated for their work.
