I like the flexibility it has to offer. I have learned so much more than I could have imagined in last one year. I really appreciate the mentorship and skill development training from established writers. The freedom to express in your own voice and be accepted for one’s creative outlook has been a highlight. Also not to forget friends, fun, trips and chocolates

There is no unhealthy competition among team members and they tend to support you in your highs and lows.

Not really dislike, but of course you will need to adapt to different time zones, you'll be expected to meet deadlines and attend meetings punctually, communicate in a respectful manner and accept your mistakes. Girl Power Talk is growing fast, which means you'll need to adapt to changes and be open to try new things and face new challenges. However, you'll always get guidance and support.
