when i was in gionee on that time it was good atmosphere for work and great policy of companies..thats it

There is nothing to like about gionee because i have been 1year to left gionee but till now I didn't get ny FNF and salary also..i also went many time to gionee office but still nothing..because of this harassment i have to say it's really too pathetic and reflecting really bad image of company..if anyone can help me to get please do..thanx

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
