No job security: Post covid employees were not re-hired who were forced to leave organization Increment: It is done after 4yrs that also after few employees went absconding for it. No cafeteria: Place given is not more than average cabin where staff has to adjust seats n lunch timings. Hygiene: No tissue papers in office, have to ask for tissue roll even in washrooms. Whereas MD/chairman is given special washroom with attached bathroom. Payroll: Salary slips are not updated on their portal, have to send mails to concerned person on regular basis as he ia tied up with other works or not efficient to do his work. This is a third class company I've ever seen in my entire career if you want to spoil your Carrier and time you can join there.They just want to loot their clients and any escalations happens they put on staff and terminate the staff.
