Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The manager considers himself God.He feels that those working under him should enslave him.If the manager is given feedback on his behavior then he takes out personal hostility.The company is very good towards its employees but the management does not behave well.I wanted to do a job all my life so as not to delay, but after seeing the behavior of the manager, I had to leave the company.
