Unclear roadmap. Unrealistic deadlines. Forcing to complete 5 days work in 2 days. Incremental addition to design and FEP plan and expect us to deliver within 2 days. No recognition . Frequent bickering on the weekends , no recognition later. Appreciating few people who worked on weekends and omitting others. It happened to me for more than 8 times. Never have I been called out in the meeting for going above and beyond. Cross-functional development and feature implementation is a nightmare. Manager is not aware of the hard work and effort being put into cross-functional feature development. Many red flags during my tenure and the main reason for me to leave the company....Read More

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
