They have good job security because it’s a semi government firm. Your work life will be very balanced and whole package would be good as industry standards.

Job security - Excellent
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Everything is good but after working for more than 2 yr I don’t see any career growth here. Except branch manager no body has its own power and no awards are given to individuals upon their work.

Work Details

In a branch we have only less employees which are on roll of GIC and other other on third party since we have to all jobs which housing loans deals into.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
