There is not much of work stress. Also we get pick up and drop service. Work environment is healthy.

Dislikes

Growth opportunities are limited after a certain point. And appraisals are satisfactory.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Have a wonderful experience. Company takes initiative for knowing and understanding the employees. High on ethics and moral values.

Dislikes

Growth is slow. The first line of supervisors need to be working on team handling techniques.

It's a company run by illiterates. To become a manager u need 12 th pass and to be a TL or a u need graduation. This is hieght of partiality.... And then it calls itself as an honest organization abiding to integrity. People who have talent of licking can progress well.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
