There isn't a single thing to be liked in campuses. They make people work like bonded labours. They also make people sign a bond for 3 to 5 years and they themselves can fire employees anytime but employees can not leave on their own. Even if you do not extend your bond further you will not get the appraisal you deserve

Dislikes

Jail like environment. No transportation. Worst processes n HR policies. No grivience handling. Too much politics. Excessive working hours n working on weekends too without any compensation. No KRA, you will be given irrelevant work nowhere related to your role be it getting the recepti on clean, entertain guests of owners, etc. HR makes it more trouble for employees if any employee addresses any concern. They take cheques from new joiners and make people sign a contract for a certain amount. In case employees are not able to complete the bond of 3 to 5 years the chequered is enacted because the cheque is without date. To authenticate cheque, a 100 rupee cheque is encached from same account for which the actual amount cheque is given before joining. If break exceeds even for 5 minutes there are huge salary deductions and this happens with every single instance of break exceed with deduction amount increasing every single time. Work Details

Hectic, no defined role in my complete tenure of 2 years 6 months. No kra, no incentive payments which was a mandate for every employee. In short it was all stressful without direction and meaningless job

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Just nice pay if you agree to sign a bond with company and get trapped.

Dislikes

Bad HR policies, Bad management, Random Work
